Cops Tasers... And this Dude Chases the Police!

The following happened to me in Lewisville, TX. I was just jogging, actually walking down the road after walking from my apartment. It's obvious that these police were bored, and were either trying to racially profile, probably NOT the case, but more than likely were bored, and were looking for 'gang' suspects.
